Try this recipe with: Wiener Schnitzel
Herb-crusted Russet Potatoes

Scrub potatoes clean.

Preheat oven to 425°.

Place potatoes in a baking dish and pour melted nutter over them, toss to coat.

Roast for 35 minutes or until potatoes are tender and golden brown.

Sprinkle with herb of your choice, toss to coat.

Bake for another 10 minutes.

Test with a fork to make sure it glides through.

Season with salt and pepper.
