Sour Cream Cucumber Salad

Place the cucumber slices in a container sprinkle liberally with salt and cover with cold water.

Refrigerate 4 hours to overnight.

Then take paper towels and blot moisture from cucumbers.

Combine onions and cucumbers

Whisk the sour cream, garlic, vinegar, sugar, and salt in a mixing bowl until the sugar has dissolved.

Mix the mixture and vegetables together.
