Crock-Pot Beef Stew
In a large pot cook the bacon on low heat.

Add and sauté the onion until translucent, for about 3 minutes.

Place meat in crock pot.

Mix flour, salt, pepper and pour over meat.

Stir to coat meat with flour.

Add the beef broth

Add remaining ingredients and stir to mix well.

Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours or high for 3-5 hours.

Stir stew thoroughly before serving.
