In a large pot cook the bacon on low heat.

Add and sauté the
onion until translucent, for about 3 minutes.

Place meat in crock
pot.
|

Mix flour, salt,
pepper and pour over meat.

Stir to coat meat
with flour.

Add the beef broth
|

Add remaining
ingredients and stir to mix well.
|

|
Cover and cook on
low for 8-10 hours or high for 3-5 hours.

Stir stew thoroughly
before serving.
